He was a lawyer of INPS in service at the central bar of the Institute, where he served as coordinator of the performance service.

In 1973 he was admitted to the bar and in 1987 he was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts.

Author of articles and publications on social security matters.
